SSC Selection Post Phase 12 Notification 2024 has been released on 26th February 2024 for various Selection Posts along with complete details. SSC Selection Post Phase 12 Notification will recruit for the Central Region, Eastern Region, Karnataka, Kerala Region, Madhya Pradesh Sub-Region, North Eastern Region, Northern Region, North Western Sub-Region, Southern Region & Western Region. Candidates can fill out the SSC Selection Post application form from 26th February to 18th March 2024 on the official website.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the complete details of the SSC Selection Post Phase 12 Notification 2024 in PDF format on February 26th, 2024. Below are some key point you will need.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
There will be three separate Computer Based Examinations consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice questions, for the posts with minimum Educational Qualification of Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & above levels. The details of subjects, marks and number of questions subject-wise will be as given below:-
Candidates scoring less than cut-off marks as given below will not be considered for the next stage of recruitment:
UR: 30%
OBC/EWS: 25%
Others: 20%

Age-Limit (As on 01.01.2024):
For UR category candidates age limit is 18-30 years. Rest categories students will get age relaxation according to government of India guidelines.

How to apply:
Candidates will have to apply for each category of post separately and also pay fee for each category of post. Applications must be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.gov.in. For detailed instructions, please refer to Annexure-IV and Annexure-V of this Notice.
Last date for submission of online applications is 18.03.2024 (2300 Hrs).
Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the SSC website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.
The Commission does not accept any responsibility for the candidatesnot being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the Commission.
Candidates should apply only once for one category of post.
After successful submission of online application, candidates must take a printout of the application form for submitting the same along with the requisite documents, duly self-attested. as and when called for by the Commission/User Department after the conduct of Computer Based Examination.
The information furnished by the candidates in their applications will be verified by the User Department/Commission with reference to the original documents during the Document Verification. During verification of documents, if it is found that any information furnished by the candidate in the application is wrong, his/ her candidature will be rejected forthwith. The candidatesshouldensurethatthey have furnished correct information in the application form.
Application Fee:
Fee payable: Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).
Fee can be paid online only through payment modes namely BHIM UPI, NetBanking, or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit card.
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 19.03.2024 (2300 Hrs).
Applications received without the prescribed fee shall not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection will be entertained. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor will it be adjusted against any other examination or selection.
Candidates who are not exempted from fee payment must ensure that their online fee payment has been successfully made to SSC. If the fee is not received by SSC, status of Application Form is shown as "Incomplete" and this information is printed on the top of the Application Form printout. Further, status of fee payment can be verified at the "Payment Status" link provided in the candidate's login screen. Such applications which remain incomplete due to non-receipt of fee will be SUMMARILY REJECTED and no request for consideration of such applications and fee payment after the period specified in the Notice of Examination shall be entertained.
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances nor will it be adjusted against any other examination or selection. Fee should be paid separately for each category of post applied.
Window for Application Form Correction [22.03.2024 till 24.03.2024 (2300 Hrs)]
1. After the closing date for receipt of online applications, the Commission will provide a period of 3 days to enable candidates to correct/ modify online application parameters, wherein candidates will be allowed to re-submit applications after making requisite corrections/ changes in the one-time registration/ online application data as per their requirement.
2. A candidate will be allowed to correct/modify and re-submit his applicationtwo times during the 'Window for Application Form Correction' i.e. if he/she has made mistake(s) in his/her updated application also, he/she will be allowed to resubmit one more modified/ corrected application after making requisite corrections/ modifications. No more corrections in the application form will be allowed under any circumstances.
3. Only those candidates will be allowed to make corrections in the application form, whose completed online applications along-with payment of requisite fee, have been received by the Commission within the specified period.
4. Latest modified application will be treated as the valid one and the previous application(s) submitted by such candidates will be ignored.
5. The Commission will levy a uniform correction charges of ? 200/-formaking correction and re-submitting modified/ corrected application for the first time and ? 500/for making correction and re-submitting modified/ corrected application for the second time. The correction charges will be applicable to all candidates irrespective of their gender/ categories.
6. The correction charges can be paid only by online mode only through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit cards.
7. The correction charges once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor will it be adjusted against any other examination or selection.
8. Before submission of the corrected application, candidates must check that they have filled correct details in each field of the form. After expiry of 'Window for Application
Form Correction', no change/ correction/ modification will be allowed under any circumstances. Requests received in this regard in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by hand, etc. shall not be entertained by the Commission and will be summarily rejected.
Centres of Examination
The details of the nine Regional Offices of the Commission along with the Examinations Centres located under their jurisdiction are as follows:
A candidate has to give option for three centres, in the order of priority, within the same Region. No request for change of Centre will be considered later, under any circumstances. Hence, the candidates should select the centers, carefully and indicate the same correctly in their online application.
Candidates may carefully note that the ‘Region’ for Computer Based
Examination once opted in the very first online application for any category of
post, shall be frozen for all the subsequent applications across Regions,
The candidates who are shortlisted for the next stage of scrutiny will be required to submit self attested copies of all the supporting documents in respect of Educational Qualification (EQ), Experience, Category, Age, Age- relaxation, etc. (as applicable) possibly in Online Mode(through web-link or any other mode as decided by the Commission) to the respective Regional Office(s)/User Department(s) to which the Post-Category belongs.
All qualified candidates found clear at the Scrutiny Stage for a particular category of post, will be called for Document Verification (DV) by the User Department to which the concerned category of post belongs.
