CUET PG 2025: Application Deadline Extended – Exam Pattern, Marking Scheme & Important Updates


Aspiring candidates for the Common University Entrance Test [CUET (PG)] – 2025 have been granted extra time to complete their registration process. In response to multiple requests from students and stakeholders, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for online application submission, fee payment, and correction window.

Correction in particulars

03 February 2025 – 05 February 2025 (11:50 P.M.)

10 February 2025 – 12 February 2025 (11:50 P.M.)

Important update:


Per the Delhi High Court's directive in W.P.(C) 939/2025, candidates no longer need to provide scribe details in the application form.

CUET (PG) 2025: Exam Pattern and Medium of Question Papers:


The CUET (PG) – 2025 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across various centers. The detailed breakdown of the exam structure: 


●       The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi) except for language subjects, M.Tech/Higher Sciences, and Acharya papers. 

●       Language papers will be in their respective languages. 

●       M.Tech/Higher Sciences papers will be only in English.

●       Acharya papers will be in Sanskrit, except for Hindu Studies, Indian Knowledge System, and Baudha Darshan, which will be in English. 

●       Humanities, Sciences, and Common Subjects will be bilingual (English and Hindi). 


Exam Structure and Marking Scheme


●       Candidates can select up to four question paper codes during registration. 

●       Duration of the exam: 90 minutes

●       Number of questions: 75 per paper.
